Stayed Nov 2, 2019Location to the beach was perfect. Morning sunrise was awesome from both balconies. Very well equipped and the owners have left beach gear and extras for guest use.

Stayed Oct 25, 2025Sometimes photos can be misleading. Not in this case. Only issue was the cable provider. Got to get rid of xfinity.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this complex for many years up until Ian. This was the first year we could again stay here. We understood some work was still being completed but wanted to get back to where we enjoy. We were a little disappointed in the furnishings of this newly redone unit. Couches and beds were uncomfortable. Family members commented that it was like it was furnished from a thrift store.

Stayed May 31, 2025Beautiful accommodations, the only thing that could be improved upon perhaps would be window coverings (blinds, curtains, or shades)? We sometimes felt we were on display in a fish bowl…. And because of the hatchlings Turtles) we sat in the dark at night.

Stayed May 22, 2021We enjoyed our stay in Sanibel. The location was great and the view was beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach or pool. Good variety of beach equipment available for use. Condo was very well stocked with everything you could need during the stay. My boy complaint was the lack of curtains/window coverings in the master causing us to be up with the sun every morning.

Great location, clean well maintained home (thank owners) loved the beach closet full of chairs and toys. Living Room sectional starting to look a bit dated/worn. A second lounge chair or two for the living room would be a plus (current arm chair not great) Also, maybe the cable but the living room TV picture is washed out (may need replacement, now I'm being picky. Would not hesitate to re-book. THANKS
