Sanibel Harbour 611:Private beachfront condo with wrap-around lanai-activities abound nearby!

My husband and I needed a getaway after both having surgeries and in the middle of recoveries. The condo was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was nice to have cable TV provided along with a DVR. I found books in the TV cabinet on the second to last night. It was nice to know those were there. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo, and had our suppers out. We found the kitchen to be supplied with everything we needed for those meals except a can opener. We appreciated the small selection of Tupperware because we did need something to keep leftovers in the fridge. Since we both are recovering from surgeries we found the walk in shower in the master bath with the long bench very helpful. There was only the two of us, so the linens and towels provided were plenty. It was nice to have the beach umbrella provided and beach chairs. However, the low sitting beach chairs did not work for us with our knee and foot/ankle recoveries so we rented chairs while on Sanibel Island. The pool at the condo was clean, with pool toys available. We used the pool every day. We did not use the small private beach area, as we went to the Lighthouse Beach on Sanibel Island instead. (It was a bonus to have the handicap parking pass as we were able to park closer to the beach entrance and did not have to pay for the beach parking since we had the pass). The screened in porch was a nice way to spend the early morning and evening. We took in many beautiful sunsets. I would heed the warning about those nasty no-seeum bugs. My husband was not bit by them, but I was a mighty tasty meal for them. The condo was a wonderful place for us to stay. I would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Fort Meyers. It was so convenient that the condo complex was right before the bridge to Sanibel Island

Overall a good experience but with a family with teens would recommend staying somewhere else in the area (Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers) for better beaches (small beach here) and closer restaurant options and to avoid traffic. Loved the pool and condo was clean and nice. Updates needed on washer/dryer and beach chairs.

This property was a great location and had a great view. We very much enjoyed this property. The only thing I would suggest is doing some upgrading in the condo. The washer and dryer are very old and kept leaving white fuzzies on our clothes and the master sink wouldn't drain, seems it was clogged. That is just a small piece considering we loved staying in this condo. Would highly suggest this place. Thank you for making this such a great trip for me and my daugher.

This property was perfect for my best friend and my two teenage sons. The lanai had the most delightful breeze we spent a lot of time talking out there and watching the ocean. It's centrally located and easy to get to the outlet malls the shopping centers restaurants and attractions! I am sure will be back to enjoy another week at this great spot!

We went down to fort myers beach in October and we decided to stay here. Reasons why we loved it: check in/check out process easy. Easy access over to sanibel and captiva island. Balcony is screened in and railings are high and it Wraps around and overlooks pool and beach. Beach has palm trees that provide great shade. Grounds are kept very clean. Marriot spa service was incredible and was steps away. The condo was decorated nicely and had just about everything we needed. Blender, beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen cookware. On the downside: The condo was lacking knives. The pull out couch bed wasn't very comfortable... it was alright for a child but i don’t think an adult would be comfortable sleeping here. We had our daughters sleep on the pull out couch because my 2 year old was able to unlock the deadbolt so i didn't want her sleeping in the front room with us being in the back room. I wish that there was a chain lock up high, i didnt feel safe knowing that my daughter could unlock the door and open it. Expecially being up on the 6th floor. The lobby railings werent as secure as the condos balcony was. The railings were spaced out further; reasoning why i think there should be a chain lock inside the condo up high. All the other beds were comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this condo unit!!
