    Overall our stay was good. The condo could use some updating. The property listing says there is private beach access but the access is actually a public access area. The furniture on the balcony was horrible…not comfortable at all and very dated. We were excited that there was a grill on the balcony but when we tried to use it, it didn’t work. The view from the balcony was good. Kitchen supplies were decent. The bedrooms were good size but one mattress needs to be replaced. We made the best of it and still had a nice getaway.

    It was an amazing condo and PERFECT location! I didn’t want to ever leave! If we could have stayed longer we definitely would have! We will definitely look into returning for another vacation!

    Our stay at Sanibel was amazing! It’s rare you show up to a property and it’s nicer than you were expecting! It was so clean! The view was amazing. It was cool and comfortable. Location was perfect and easily accessible to everything. The hosts really thought of everything. We would recommend this and definitely would stay here again!

    Ad is mislead....it is across the street from the beach and has a great view of the water from the balcony but do not book based on believing ut is ON the beach like i did. I did hiwever enjoy everything else about the property.

    This house was absolutely beautiful .There were three huge bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen was a chef's dream and if you like to cook this is where you want to be. There was plenty of room to sit around the island and eat or watch the cook.

    The house is open and comfortable. There were good places for our families to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Having the kids in the basement was a fun set up for us all. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard space as well.
