Freshly painted, new granite countertops, and kitchen cabinetry provides a new and light feel for this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 5th floor offering a full view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunrises from the private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, or gather around the table for any meal and be mesmerized by the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters. Going into the living area guests are welcomed with comfortable seating including a full size sectional and 2 chairs for extra seating and a Smart TV, as well as the beachfront view. In the kitchen there is ample cookware and bakeware to prepare home cooked meals, or pick up some seafood from a local seafood market and bring back to enjoy around the dining table that seats 6 people in addition to 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. What better way to wake up to with a beachfront view from the master bedroom with a king size bed, all NEWLY FURNISHED, and adjoining master bathroom including a full size stand-up shower. In the middle guest bedroom there are two twin beds and TV with its own balcony overlooking over the Gulf. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Between the two guest bedrooms is the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area in the front hallway. The Sandy Key complex offers 2 pools (one heated year-round located in the same tower), a hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, well maintained grills and picnic area, and beautiful landscaping inside a gated community. This unit is great for families, a couples getaway, or guys/girls trip to the beach. Each of our units are equipped with a full size washer and dryer, cable TV, and Wifi.     Check-in was extremely efficient, I called ahead and gave our ETA and they called back as soon as the condo was ready. The reception was very friendly and pleasant. The condo was clean and was the perfect configuration of rooms and beds for our family.

    The property is located close to Johnson Park and it was a beautiful time to visit. The condo was comfortable and a great place to vacation. Lots of restaurants are nearby from casual to more formal. The manager and staff at Sandy Key are very helpful. We had a problem in the unit and they addressed it as quickly as possible. We had a wonderful time and we will be back.

    Condo was nice and well stocked. Furnishings were comfy and condo roomy. Beach area was small and very crowded but condo was nice!

    Our family of five had such a great visit to FL this week and our stay in Sandy Key Condo 521 definitely added to our pleasure. We were supposed to be traveling to Maui on 7-11-2020 but unfortunately Covid-19 derailed our plans. We scrambled for a last minute plan B and decided to give Perdido Key a try so we didn’t have to travel more than 12 hours from Dallas. I’m so happy we found this condo. It was clean and very tastefully decorated and didn’t have that “worn out” feeling that some condos have because owners choose to be a bit cheap. The view from the balcony is perfect, with a southerly view which I actually liked so I could enjoy the mornings without the sunrise being too bright and warm right off the bat. I appreciated that the patio furniture was sturdy and aesthetically pleasing as again, many of the balconies had cheap, dirty and worn out patio furniture. We were glad to find the closet with chairs and an umbrella as well as some boards for the kids to use. There were more than enough towels for us all and we made much use of the in unit washer/dryer to keep them fresh. King bed and queen bed were comfortable, my teen twin boys thought the smaller twin beds not so much but they survived. The pools, beach access and gym were much enjoyed by us as well. Finally, I really liked that this unit is on the end of the building, made for very little foot traffic near the front door. For those visiting in the future, make sure to visit the beignet cafe just up the road! Just as yummy as Cafe du Monde in New Orleans!

    This condo unit is warm and inviting. It had a most homey feel to it. It is directly on the beach and the beds were comfortable. It is near some good food places too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    We have been staying at Sandy Key for 8 years now. This is our second stay in 521, everything was wonderful except for the master bed. After the 2nd night we slept on the couch. Just not comfortable at all. Everything else was perfect as usual.
