Located at the East end of Tower 1, on the 3rd floor, this 3 bedroom offers magnificent, unobstructed, waterfront views of the Gulf and the National Seashore, from both the main balcony and the guest bedroom balcony. This unit has been completely renovated with details that feel like a home away from home. Relaxing or eating outside on the main balcony is always comfortable with ample seating for everyone, even a daybed/lounge to take in the sights and sounds of the water.
The updated kitchen, with stainless appliances and new cabinetry, is fully equipped with plenty of high end cooking and dinner wares, for those wanting to stay in for meals, gathered around the dining room table and/or breakfast bar.
For the days/nights of staying in, there is a 55in SMART TV in the living room for everyone's enjoyment with comfortable furnishings.
