Stayed Aug 31, 2024The property was pretty and had all basic necessities. Washer/dryer was great. Very clean and the pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Parking wasn't great, we trouble find a spot for our large suv (super crowded lot at night) and our truck with off road tires didn't fit under the gate area so we had to park it outside of the condo parking.

Stayed Jul 28, 2022The cleanliness and location was great. Everything is so close. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has so much offer. When we arrived the patio door to our condo was unlocked and the lock was what seemed to be broken. I sent a message and someone came to fix it the next morning when we weren't there. We tried to utilize the patio door again after someone came to fix it and the door wouldn't open at all. Patio door needs permanent fix, instead of temporary. I didn't like the fact that someone came to fix the lock once we left. I would've rather they came while we were inside the condo. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Stayed May 2, 2021The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the pictures online accurately reflected the accommodations. The bed was comfortable and I liked being within walking distance of the beach. The only disappointment was the lack of some kitchen items. There were no kitchen towels, dish cloths or pot holders which the property manager quickly rectified when notified but we were not expecting to provide dish soap and paper towels. Also the only knives in the unit were the ones that came with the silverware set. There were no sharp knives for cooking. Other than those issues we were pleased with this unit.

Stayed Apr 4, 2021The property was clean and well appointed for a family trip with a short walk to the beach. The only downside is the crowds at said beach. Overall, great stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2019Carpet was not appealing. Stain on the bed skirt. Stain on one of the couch cushions. You should add a full length mirror in the bedroom or another mirror besides the bathroom.
