Stayed Jan 3, 2026We enjoyed our stay at the Luau. The views from the 12th floor are great! The property is convenient and well maintained. We love the location of the Sandestin property in Miramar Beach. It’s not as congested as Destin and offers a quiet setting with lots of things to do. Since we were there in January, it’s a time when maintenance is done, so there was quite a bid of work going on. The only thing we missed was the hot tub due to a 6-week shut down for a major project. The condo was very comfortable for us and we look forward to going there again next year.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025We had a very nice stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This condo had two bedrooms with a king bed in each bedroom. A walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other one. Plenty of towels and comfortable furniture. The condo is on the 12th floor and the views were awesome!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Fall Break with the family. The room was great and as advertised. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have stayed at the Luau numerous times and this was the best view we have had. Only downside was the pool was very cold this time of year. We thought it was going to be heated, but it was not. We will stay here again.
