    -Beautiful view -quick drive to grocery (Jerry’s) and restaurants -be sure to pick up your own essentials: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc -plenty of towels, pillows, etc provided -beach and pool not crowded -property management company easy to get in touch with snd accommodating -beach locker fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, bikes however the beach equipment could use some updating (rusted chairs)

    It is a beautiful condo. It was beyond clean. Owner needs to replace the washing machine. It has a mold and mildew issue. (Which is very common in that type of washer). The smell was so bad I bought special washer machine cleaner and ran it on the clean washer cycle. That helped all a little bit. Everything else was fantastic. Staff was great when we had a dishwasher issue. Carlos fixed the issue. He was professional, and funny.

    Slow sink in master bedroom, slow drain in second shower, internet access a problem - password wrong. My son an EE so was able to bypass setup.

    The condo was in great condition and had any supplies you made need for vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach chairs and towels provided were excellent for those traveling via air to this destination! We enjoyed our week in Sanibel!

    We absolutely loved Sanddollar A 303. It was well equipped, the location was perfect, and the amenities were great. The team was courteous. Responded to my questions in a timely manner and made the reservation process easy.

    We had a small glitch in that our packet (with a pass to The Dunes), wasn’t in the lock box upon arrival. (The key was there). I left a voice mail on that Saturday that wasn’t returned. I sent an email on Monday, and received an immediate response. All was taken care of, even though they were working remotely. No harm done, since we didn’t need the Dunes pass over the weekend.

    The only concern was the dishwasher flossed the first day and maintenance came Monday and could not fix it so we had to wash dishes all week but we’re happy with the condo!! The updates felt like home and extremely clean!

    We have stayed at the Sanddollar multiple times but this is one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again! The team was great! Most of my communication with the team was by phone but everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful! Great experience!
