Unit 214, otherwise known as the Sanibel Blue Lagoon, offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico over the lagoon and pool. Following Hurricane Ian, the condo was taken down to the studs and built back with all new luxury vinyl flooring and paint throughout, brand new AC unit, windows and doors, and a gorgeous kitchen with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, center island, and everything you need to make all your meals in-house. To complete the look, you will enjoy new upscale, and comfortable furniture, area rugs and décor with a chic coastal vibe in blues and neutral tones. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Your primary suite looks out over the Gulf of Mexico with all new bedding & king-sized mattress, and a smart TV. The luxurious ensuite bathroom offers an extended vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, your guests will find a queen size bed with new bedding & mattress. The newly updated guest bathroom with a combo tub/shower is just steps away from the guest room. For additional guests there is a sleeper sofa with queen sized mattress.

After a long day at the beach hunting for the perfect shell or exploring Ding Darling to catch a glimpse of the island’s native wildlife, you can look forward to watching the game on a large smart TV in the living room or enjoying some family time playing a game around the dining table. More memories can be made on your private lanai which overlooks the heated pool, lagoon, and Gulf of Mexico. The lanai runs the full length of the unit with an area for dining and 2 comfortable swivel rockers -the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The unit is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella & cooler– everything you and your family needs for those long-awaited days on the beach!

Additional amenities include community heated pool (currently not operational), elevator and covered parking. The beach is easily accessible by a sandy path.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Sand Pointe property is just steps away from the beautiful beach on Sanibel Island where you can enjoy shelling and watching dolphins and birds. You can see the water meet the horizon from the master bedroom and the main living area. We visited the local farmers market and returned to enjoy our lunch on the spacious veranda. The full kitchen is convenient to make breakfast or beach snacks but many good restaurants are one to two miles away and riding a bike from the property is our preferable way to get around the island. The beds are very comfortable and the decor and furniture were lovely. We woke up to birds and wildlife in the lagoon just outside of the building. We have been here many times and plan to return.
