Stayed Aug 27, 2022Proximity to beach is excellent. Near restaurants and shopping also. Condo was represented well in photos online. Felt like home away from home. I'd recommend a pillow topper for master bedroom and upgrade pillows. Would make for a more comfortable stay next time. We'd love to stay here again!!!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The room was very nice. Expected it to be closer to the beach, though the walk was not bad. Few issues which took the management company a few days to rectify. No sunsets from the resort beach which was disappointing.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this unit, updated decor and super comfortable beds. My family slept well all week. Sand Pointe is a great location, easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool provided hours of swimming and fun for the family. The condo is keyless entry which is wonderful for families coming on and off the beach but not totally sure why it’s necessary to stop at welcome center upon arrival.

I have always wanted to come visit for all the great shelling. I could not have been happier with this condo. So many shells on our beachfront. The view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed for a great week. Awesome location to walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Lots of beach toys, multiple umbrellas and chairs. We were very pleased with the vacation rental company. Don’t delay and book today.
