Great location, steps from both the beach and the pool. Condo was furnished with all the beach essentials and toys as well!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had before our stay. The condo is clean and very close the activities, shopping, and most importantly the beach and pool. Thank you for the very thoughtful valentines candy! The kids were thrilled!!

My Grandma had booked this beautiful condo for us to stay in and celebrate my sister graduating. Before the trip my grandma tragically and unexpectedly passed away. I reached out to Cindy and Sherri and they worked with us to graciously honor the reservation so we were able to celebrate and spend time as a family while also grieving the loss of our precious grandma. When we arrived Cindy and Sherri had left us flowers, wine and a card. This just goes to show what kind of amazing women they are! They were so communicative to every need or want before we even had to ask. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The views are gorgeous. It is just steps away from the beach. Literally 5 steps to the gate to access the beach. Overall such a wonderful and relaxing space with all needs and wants fully covered. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Cindy and Sheri are wonderful host! During the beginning of our stay, several family members were sick and Cindy and Sheri were quickly helping me to make other arrangements if need be. Thanks to quick recovery, we were able to go on this great vacation! Loved the beach and enjoyed taking naps on the beach! Would definitely stay again! Great host, great location!

Cindy was excellent to work with! The best-appointed VRBO we've ever stayed at made Thanksgiving dinner and serving 10 a complete joy! The bed in the master is very comfortable and the shower was great. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again some day!

This condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we could possibly need for our beach vacation. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier, especially with young children. Communication was great, Cindy even helped us get a few groceries in the condo when our arrival was delayed. Would recommend and stay here again!

Everything was so clean and the location is great. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Even toys and Books for my 17 month old Granddaughter. Saw 4 Rocket launches from the beach. Will be coming back next year. Best Condo we ever stayed in.

Beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable condo! Our 1 week stay in this unit was absolutely wonderful! The owners keep this unit up-to-date and stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the well stocked kitchen to the bed linens, towels, furniture, and beach chairs/umbrellas, everything is in good shape and well maintained. The first floor location is ideal for families with small kids and is so easy to check-in! Excellent communication with the owners. We love this unit and are coming back!

Hi,We had a great stay at this Condo located at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach! The Condo is nicely renovated, comfortable and clean. The owners communicate well. We would stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Very updated and well appointed condo. Have stayed in the complex several times and all were good but this unit was great.

Great experience. Condo was clean and comfortable with anything you could need for a great beach getaway. Close to shopping, grocery, hair and nail salons. Friendly people staying at other condos. Highly recommend.

Was perfect location to see Surfing Santas, short 1mile walk, so didn't have to find parking for the event. Also close to RonJon Surf Shop, and Even Kennedy Space Center!!!!Hot tub was perfect. Was down one night, but they fixed by the next day!!!

We had six of us stay. The condo was a great fit for our group! We enjoyed all of the amenities and the communication was fantastic! I would definitively stay here again! The only downfall was the construction noise at the neighboring property. We rise early to get going, so it didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend doing a kayak tour with Cocoa Kayaking through the Mangrove tunnel at sunset! It was super cool for our teens!

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom condo. Location was right on the beach and all enjoyed the pool. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was as well supplied as this was. We would certainly use this condo again if we are back in the area.

Run don’t walk to rent this condo. Cindy went above and beyond to make are stay perfect. You couldn’t find a better condos or owners. The condo was stocked with everything we need from toddler toys, to beach toys, and so more Steps to the clean pool. Thank you for making our vacation comfortable. Very clean, close to everything.

The property is right on the beach, just over the protective dunes. The owners have provided everything you need to hang out and enjoy Florida…..boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, children’s toys….kitchen was well equipped with dishes and plastics for beach use. Lovely furniture and decor was very Florida! We have already recommended it to others and would likely come again. Very convenient to Orlando airport. Thank you.

This condo was perfect for family! It was clean and up to date. Very spacious, the owners were very nice and attentive when a couple of mishaps happened! The condo was stocked with all our needs and more. We would definitely recommended and stay again!
