Sand Dollar condominiums is a low density complex located in the heart of Gulf shores less than 100 yards from the beach and is perfect for a beach getaway.

Sand Dollar 28 is a newly renovated townhome with upgraded finishes all new furniture throughout and new mattresses in the bedrooms. On the first floor you will find the living area which features a large flat screen television where you can stream your favorite shows with our RoKu. The kitchen is fully appointed with everythingyou need to prepare meals for the family including a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats four and the kitchen breakfast bar offers seating for three additional people. The first floor also offers a half bath. --------

Upstairs the primary bedroom offers a king size bed flat screen television and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that will sleep a total of 5 people and a flat screen television to keep entertained. A full bath with a beautiful step-in shower is also located upstairs and convenient to both bedrooms.
There is a washer and dryer conveniently located inside this condo. Covered parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Outside enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Gather around the shared grill area with picnic tables and small grass lawn where the kids can play or enjoy a game of shuffleboard!

Sand Dollar is located within walking distance of attractions and popular restaurants like Pink Pony Pub and The Hangout. Waterville USA The Park at OWA and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo provide fun for all ages and are within easy driving distance.

Monthly reservations accepted November 1 to March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    Top bunk had a ladder not attached to the bed. Had a bracket to look like it was attached but when my son went to climb on it slid out from under his legs. He hit his ribs on the railing. Maintenance came and fixed it as soon as they were aware of the issue but it should never have been an issue. Floors were very sticky. Overall did not feel very clean. Only two burners on the stove worked. None of them were attached and when we plugged them in only two small ones worked. Making spaghetti was difficult on small burners. Lastly no wifi. Maybe it stated it somewhere in the fine print but I would just assume in this day and age that all places have wifi connection.. when I asked I was told owner could not figure out how to share password. We have come to Gulf Shores as a family for the last 10 years. Stayed in multiple locations. So we have had many experiences. Just a recommendation for owner to invest a little and update your property. It would make a huge difference. Paint and some newer furniture make a huge impact.

    We had a great time. The house was just across the street from the beach. We had a problem with the stove, but called the building manager & they sent someone to fix it right away.

    The bunk beds were great for our family and overall we had just enough room for 5 of us. The pool was nice and the walk across the street to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The main thing we didn’t like was the parking. It was a very skinny spot that we could barely get into so if you have a wide vehicle, be warned.

    This was a wonderful property, SunCoast made checkin, checkout so easy. Had a small issue with the cable box and the response was quick and professional. I look forward to my next visit to Gulf Shores and plan to use this location again!!!!

    Property was clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was somewhat difficult with a larger SUV due to the layout of the complex. Cable was out, but owner compensated with a gift card to a local restaurant. We were able to use Netflix on one tv.

    There were dead roaches all over the ground and the dish water had food all left in it and the floors looked and felt like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in forever.

    The inside was dirty. Trash under the living room TV. A pair of underwear found under a bed. It didn’t appear anything had been dusted. Fan had never been dusted. Blinds need dusted and inside doors wiped down. Balcony chair was rusted and broken. Good location if not on the beach. Check in and check out was easy.
