Sand Castle | Steps to Beach, Pool, Beach Chairs! Hot Tub! Sauna! Ground Floor Heaven!

Had the best week at the beach and stay was wonderful in this condo. Just steps from the beach, everything was clean and communication/info provided upon arrival was excellent. Would highly recommend!!

We booked this rental for a last-minute trip, so a good location at a reasonable price on short notice was the priority. This ground-floor unit could not be in a better location, directly off the boardwalk and easily accessible to the pool and beach. If you're like me and prefer higher floors for the views, you will not miss them thanks to the speed with which you can pop out to the shore at a minute's convenience! The ease was especially appreciated traveling with two elderly family members who wouldn't have wanted to walk very far, and it made loading and unloading our luggage and groceries a breeze. We loved this aspect and made some great memories on an absolutely gorgeous stretch of the Emerald Coast. The unit is also as described, and all photos were accurate representations of the property. It was clean and all promised amenities were available. There were small things that could turn this good condo into an amazing stay -- updating the dining furniture inside and outside; replacing the sliding door; replacing loose electrical outlets; fixing slow-draining sinks; modernizing lighting fixtures and appliances -- but in the grand scheme those are preferences that thankfully didn't impede on our trip. The resort itself has seen better days, and we believe the owners of this unit in particular have made an effort to keep their condo in good shape for visitors. Thank you for hosting us!

We had the best time at the beach! We can’t wait to go back! This was our first solo family vacation with our 2 children (4&1) they had the best time. The condo had everything we needed, and checking in was super easy. Perfect location to walk out the back door to the beach access or right out the front door to beach access as well. Everything was perfect. The BE team checked in on us and made sure all was going good and had everything we needed. Only thing I would note is the Tops’l Resort itself (Not Breathe Easy Rentals) doesn’t allow canopy’s or tents on the beach - only umbrellas and chairs. I was super nervous about not having enough shade for the kids - but honestly the umbrella provided to us from BE worked perfect. We just usually prefer a canopy but worked with what we could. I only wanted to note it in my review because it wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO listing that the Tops’l Resort itself didn’t allow them, I only noticed once we paid the first payment and was going over the contract it noted it. Regardless though we had the best time and can’t wait to come back. ??

Overall nice stay. The location was nice, on quieter section of beach. Pool and beach access close by. Could use some updating especially the mattresses.
