The condo is wonderful and stocked with many necessities to help you throughout your stay. We asked for one particular item for the kitchen, and it was delivered within the hour. It's an all-around first class condo, pool, beach, beach chairs, parking, management team, and location.

We really enjoyed the pool/Gulf views from the large patio. It was also a great spot to have your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a card game. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella reserved for us each day was an added bonus. We brought another 2 chairs and umbrella from home and they allowed us to set ours up right behind the reserved ones so we could all be together. Just wonderful!We have stayed in 30A a couple of times but never on the west side. We really enjoyed the laidback feel yet still close to everything. We rented bikes for the week and used them quite a bit. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Some of our favorites were Stinky’s, Grace’s Pizza, Shunk Gully, and Cafe 30A!thanks for a great week! Looking forward to another stay here soon!Only addition that would be nice is pickleball and mini golf nearby. We searched and searched with no luck. :(

We have been coming to 30a for 12+ years and have stayed in Seaside homes, Adigio and other condos. Really can’t go wrong! As long as you are on the beach life is great on 30a! Great food, drinks and sun!

I highly recommend both the property and property manager for a laid back stay on 30a. Being beachfront and having a wonderful pool is what we want on vacation. The views from our unit were ideal. I highly recommend Cafe 30a in Seagrove for a memorable meal (make a reservation!) and we loved ordering in from Grace Pizza in Grayton.

The place was better than expected and the service from Your Friend at the Beach was great! I just hope they can get the beach chair access back to the way it was in previous years but I know this is not fully in their control.
