They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. Stayed Aug 6, 2025Waking up to the sound of the beach was truly wonderful, and the place itself was spacious and very clean. That said, it would have been nice to have a few more basics provided—like condiments, extra beach towels, and more than two rolls of toilet paper. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend bringing along all the essentials you might need, such as toiletries, seasonings, and cooking oil.During our visit, the pool was closed and there was ongoing construction nearby, which did make things a bit less relaxing. The living room furniture is different from the photos, and the surrounding area does have some challenges, including a visible homeless presence. We did see a few disturbances, so it’s something to keep in mind when deciding if this location is right for you.

Stayed May 16, 2025The property was terrific. Open the patio doors and listen to the waves crashing along the shoreline. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Great underground and secure parking. The unit was roomy and clean. Our tennis team loved the place. Thank you.
