San Clemente Condo w/ Gorgeous Views: Near Beach!

Excellent location, loved the space and view. Very clean and had all we needed! Wish I would have found this place earlier. Will def be back!

It was a really nice place, really clean and baby friendly, super easy to get to and park. Very clean and well stocked with items!! We would stay again! My only complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were really loud in the evening and very early in the morning — mostly stomping and throwing things around up there… and normally this wouldnt be an issue but we were traveling with our 1yo and it disturbed his sleep.

In North San Clemente: beaches are easy to access. Clean and up to date kitchen and appliances. Beach themed tasteful decorations. Two egg seat swings outside: delightful. Beach towels provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. I heartily recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with ant infestation during our stay, beginning from the bathroom and spreading to bedroom. This started the first morning after our stay. The host provided a spray and ant traps for our use. We also had an issue with the shower leaking as well. 4 stars because these are issues that hopefully resolved by the host for future guests.I have never experienced these issues at any of my previous stays through pther short term rental platforms but its also my first time being in california. The host and VRBO offered *no compensation* or appology for this inconvenience and annoyance. I communicated with Evolve Host including videos of infestation. I hope this review will be taken seriously.Aside from this:Stunning view: ocean, mountain, sunset, palm trees. Quiet and safe neighbourhood with cute cafes. Kitchen well stocked. Decorated nicely. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Free laundry available. Plenty of towels provided. Spacious rooms and parking spot.Note: near beach but requires walking down steep hill with no sidewalks to access that could be a challenge for those wirh mobility issues and a bit challenging with a stroller.

Perfect location to visit either San Diego or LA

Had a great time. 5 minute walk to beach. Views are gorgeous. Clean and perfect for my daughter and me. Could have definitely had a couple more people and been just as comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again

We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean, well-stocked, and had an incredible view! It was very clean and the neighbors were very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very enjoyable trip. Great view from the property. The good weather enabled us to enjoy sitting out in the back patio. We spent a lot of time downtown. We loved walking the beach trail and going to the pier. We also had a chance to visit Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano.

My husband, our two kids, and I stayed here very comfortably. Having a washer and dryer was amazing with two little ones. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in—spotless! The location was super close to coffee shops, restaurants, and parks for the kids. The communication and accommodations were prompt, which we really appreciated, especially since we were escaping the wildfires near our home. Thank you!

The views from the living room are truly gorgeous. We enjoyed watching sunsets both nights from the couch and on the patio. Very easy check-in and parking spot was right in front of the property. Hot shower with great water pressure. Very glad we selected this property.

We stayed at the property for a couple of days. The location was great to visit our son in Irvine. Great restaurants in downtown and proximity to the beach was perfect.

My daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night stay, and she was able to bring her dog along as well which was a plus! We liked that the steps to the beach were only a couple of blocks away, and cute shops and restaurants were also nearby!

This property was perfect. We had plenty of room. It was quiet, with an awesome view of the Pacific and Dana Point. We saw a beautiful sunset from the patio. The management team (Thanks Elisabeth!) was SUPER easy to work with and VERY responsive to our every need. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Comfortable condo, very clean, also great location for a quick Uber to restaurants/bars. The condo is older and doesn’t have AC and no screens on doors/windows, so keep that in mind for summer months, as it gets very hot, but otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect! A comfortable and affordable VRBO with an excellent view and nice neighbors. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and clean, kitchen well stocked, washer and dryer good to go, and bathroom good for three people using hot water one after another. Zero issues with rental. Owner checked in with us midway to see if we needed anything, which was nice. Will rent again for next surf trip to San Clemente area.

Great location and views

I completely enjoyed my stay here! This VRBO is fresh, bright and has amazing views! It was only me staying here but I did really enjoy having a second bedroom, which made it feel like I had more space. Having a small washer/dryer in the unit and a dedicated parking space is a huge plus. It’s a very convenient location as well. You can walk down to Moulin for breakfast and then hit the beach trail all within 2 mins! The neighbors are amazing as well… even though I was only there for 5 days I now have a group of friends from the neighborhood…. The only suggestions I have for the owners is to put up some fencing to block the gaps on the vertical fence along the side of the unit so little dogs like mine can’t escape and perhaps it’s time for a new fridge. Other than that this place is great!
