This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 9th floor 1407 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features upscale furnishings tile floors throughout modern decor and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    Not clean; dirty dishes in cabinets; sofa and recliner in living room desperately need replacing; unpleasant (fish) odor permeated apartment - coming from drain in bar sink; communication with YSC was extremely disappointing. Sent a text about problems. Requested someone come clean the apartment - they refused. SC people on 3rd floor were great - but NOT YSC.

    This property has everything you need. A suggestion for the owner….when purchasing new furniture you might want to consider the older generation. The furniture now is very low and very difficult to get up. The dining chairs are very hard and the beds were so hard you could not comfortably turn over. They were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. But it is still a great place to stay. The views are spectacular and we never needed anything. We would stay here again….San Carlos 907.

    Great property overlooking the ocean. Beds are a Lille hard. Other than than it’s a perfect spot to stay.

    Pros: excellent locAtion, easy parking, fast check in out process, fast elevators, great condo lay out ( each bedroom had a bathroom) beautiful views from two large floor to ceiling slide doors. Shopping carts to help with groceries luggage etc. Attentive beach attendants!! Cons : funky smell coming from wet bar. Not as clean as I would expect. Terrible coffee pot ( bring your own !! ) no soap or sanitize gel in bathrooms at beach/pool level.
