    This was a great room in a great location. Room is right outside the elevator and has a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was very clean and had no issues at all. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this condo. Had great communication from the host when any questions came up.

    The condo was super clean and spacious. It had a terrific pool and easy access to beach. We really enjoyed the stay and had no problems. We did not have Wi-fi access which was a little bit of a problem since two of us had to work some, but were able to use a hotspot. The owner was quick to reply with different passwords for the Wi-fi but it still didn't work. Other than that, the week was relaxing and wonderful.

    Location was great if you want to be central to Gulf Shores. Check in was easy--code was sent and we went right into condo. Beautiful view from living and master. Nice large condo.However, the room was not sufficiently clean, dirty blanket in the master closet, dirty wash rag under master sink, leftover pretzel behind living room curtain. The master tub was broken and unable to use and the grout in the master shower is coming off. This condo is nice but definitely needs better cleaning and new updates in the bath and kitchen. Also, they do not tell you that you are required to get a 50 parking pass when you arrive. That was left off the instructions and luckily we only got a warning ticket and not a tow!There are definite improvements that could be made for this condo rental.

    Large condo. Located at the elevators, so if you have little tiny kiddos staying in the guest rooms.. it gets quite loud for a few hours. Love the carpet in the living room.. but there’s many many staples sticking out in several areas. We had to cover up many places with towels. The most inconvenient thing was that the large tub in the master wasn’t working for the entire duration of our stay & we got little information about it & sometimes none at all. Some small things that weren’t quite a big deal but can be very convenient that I’ve seen in many others: No welcome papers or arm bands for the pool laid out. No salt & pepper Master king bed is VERY uncomfortable. We’ve stayed in many many many condos at San Carlos & this one was my least favorite.
