​​​​​​​Construction Notice: Dates Affected: March 24 through April 6, 2026: A construction project is taking place on the south (beach side) balconies between March 24 and April 6. During these dates you will see contractors, working from swing stages, making repairs to the concrete balcony edges. Work is expected to take place daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The balconies willbe open for your use during the work, but you may wish to keep your doors locked and drapes closed for privacy. The pool will be closed during these dates to keep guests safe from the work taking place above. We understand this may impact your vacation experience, so we have proactively applied a discount to our current rates! The beach is still open and beautiful!!

Parking is to be purchased from the front desk on the 3rd floor upon arrival. There is a 2 parking pass limit. The front desk will also hand out wristbands for your stay.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
