This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This spacious 1229 sq. ft. 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo features attractive tile floors throughout and is located on the 5th floor of the luxurious San Carlos Condominiums in the heart of Gulf Shores. The living area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa complemented by a pair of rocker recliners a 55 inch LG 4K UHD television and boasts floor to ceiling windows offering an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats six comfortably with additional seating for six at the kitchen bar. Enjoy meal preparation in with the fully equipped kitchen featuring crisp white cabinetry and appliances and mix up your favorite drinks at the adjacent wet bar.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed memory foam mattress 55 inch LG 4K UHD television and access to the gulf front balcony. Soak up luxury in the primary bathroom with a double sink vanity large corner Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features 2 full-size beds with memory foam mattresses and 26 inch Vizio HD television. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. The gulf front balcony is large enough to seat six and enjoy the view of the waves. San Carlos is walking distance to Sea-n-Suds the Hangout and numerous other dining/entertainment/shopping venues.

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

Monthly rentals are available November through February. Free WIFI - Non-Smoking - Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced No boats RV's or trailers are permitted. Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    Mine and my son’s birthday celebration. Family went down and the condo was perfect! Walking distance from so much!! Traffic was a bit of a bear on Monday- but we expected that after a holiday weekend! We will be back!!

    We have stayed in several Phoenix Condos for years. But, San Carlos showed up with exactly what we needed at a good price. SC #502 was perfect!!! Clean is my biggest concern. This unit was not only clean, but not cluttered with what nots. We loved the space. The only thing I would recommend adding is a full length mirror. A hair dryer would be nice, but I brought mine, so it was not an issue. We had an issue with the sheet set for the pull out sofa. . . Twin bottom and top sheets with king pillow cases. I sent a text to our contact and a new set of sheets were delivered within hours. We love this unit!

    Condo was as described. Our family of 4 stayed here and there was plently of space. The building has 20 floors and this condo is on the 5rh floor. The 3 elevators were fast and we never had a problem getting in and out quickly. The beach access was great and the location made it is to walk to stores and restaurants in the area.

    Overall we loved it. It was perfect for a family vacation. Such a cute condo. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms were very nice. Of course loved the patio! My only complaint was the check in was very inconvenient. We had to go to the Suncoast office to verify age and we couldn't get our door code until 5:20 when check in is at 4:00. We had nowhere else to go so loaded our stuff into carts outside our room. I called the office and was told the hold up was replacing light bulbs. We knocked on the door and definitely no one was there. The kids were bouncing off the walls and seems like we could've had our codes at 4:00! Other than that, lovely condo

    This was a very nice property, within walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. The zero entry pool is great for young children and was always very clean.
