    Capistrano Haven is darling - nice, open floor plan, well-equipped kitchen and great location, steps to Mission Bay and just 2 blocks to Mission Beach!

    Great location, some areas needed extra cleaning. Would be nice to have welcome email with door code and explanation as to where you get parking pass, 20 min in advance. I was worried it was a scam.

    Great location, easy, short access to both the bay and ocean. Close, short walking distance to Belmont park. Highly recommend this house. Nice ro have 2 designated parking spots.

    This condo was is a great location. Staff was very kind and communication was very fast and helpful.The condo was cleaned and well equipped. Our stay was wonderful and very enjoyable. The only thing we had an issue with was where we was to get a parking pass on property. It may have been listed and I may have over looked it but it's on the third floor. Very easy to find once we asked around. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so easy to work with!

    The location is amazing! The unit could use just a few items to make the stay more comfortable (especially considering the price of the unit compared to others in San Carlos). Those few items are: HAIR DRYER. The listing notes hair dryers in each bathroom, there were zero in the unit. FULL-LENGTH MIRROR. EXHAUST FAN OVER STOVE-TOP. It gets steamy, and greasy and the exhaust fan/microwave not working makes the kitchen more steamy. PARKING. The listing does not note that there is an additional parking fee. (This is noted after booking in the renter's agreement... maybe?) TOILET PAPER. There was 1 roll per bathroom for 4 adults to stay for 7 nights. Again, for the price being charged in fees, not having to go to the store to buy toilet paper would have been appreciated. CEILING FAN NOISE. The primary bedroom has a loud ceiling fan. Again, the location to the beach and Gulf Shores was great (as are all the units within San Carlos) A few considerations within this particular unit would have made the rating higher. We had friends at the San Carlos. 1 stayed on the 7th floor, 1 on the 9th floor, 1 on the Penthouse floor. All were better options for less money.

    First off, you really can’t beat the location . Walking distance to the beach, and a volleyball player’s dream with all the courts near by. Pretty decent coffee shops a short walk away and the pier about a 15 minute walk as well. However, the beds are AWFULS. Multiple people in my party woke up with stiff necks and achy bodies. One of the beds basically has a 8 inch dip right in the middle and it’s literally impossible to sleep if you’re a front sleeper. Wish they would get new beds.

    Loved spending time in your lovely condo. It took us a bit of time trying to check in. For some reason, we had the code but not the unit number. The front desk people were able to eventually find the property manager and figure it out. Unit is well stocked and comfortable with, of course, an excellent view!Thank you!!
