This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The beach life doesn't get much better than this. San Carlos 1106 is a treasure located on the 11th floor in one of Gulf Shores most desired complexes. This 3-bedroom 1407 square foot condo is the perfect place to make beautiful beachside memories. Opening the door to paradisewill bring views of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room boasts coastal comfort with a cozy island feel and invites families to enjoy time together. The kitchen updated with stainless steel appliances; has everything you need to prepare a fresh caught seafood feast.

Tired from a day of getting your toes in the sand The primary bedroom has comfortable king size bed and a breathtaking view of the beach. You can even slide open the doors and let the sounds of the waves drift you to sleep. The large primary bathroom has his and hers counter space and jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. There is also a tiled walk in shower.

The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The third guest bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed and a full-size bed. The third bathroom is accessible by guests as well as the guests in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable and the entire unit has free public WIFI.

Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. San Carlos 1106 can sleep up to 7 people comfortably.

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

No boats RV's or trailers are permitted. Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. No Smoking in or around Common Areas Pool Hallways Parking Decks Balconies etc. A smoking area is on the east side outside the 1st floor parking garage. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit. Monthly rental rates are available November 1- March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    This was a condo that fot our group of seven perfectly. The pictures showed a round lounge chair on the deck that was not there. I was bummed about this because that is the #1 thing that attracted me to this unit. I looked at so many properties before booking that I must have overlooked the fact that San Carlos doesn’t have a hot tub. That’s always #1 on my list of must haves. That was my mistake but everything was still great. Oh and the pool is not heated. We still had an amazing stay.

    If you stay here be sure to reserve your chairs and umbrellas for the week. Very nice girl running theshow. Loved the unit, however for the price you pay 1 roll of Scott towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bath???? Not very accommodating. Lack of bath towels and should be able to provide some beach towels. I left the unit spotless with all towels laundered and folded and most bedding laundered or in front of washer. Glad we visited the area. Was first time for grandkids to ever see the ocean—. Loved it even went parasailing. Yeah. Enjoy life…..

    It was nice. Gorgeous condo, amazing view. Either permanent sand in the sheets when we pulled them down the first time or they hadn’t been cleaned. Also I’m a germ freak and the underneath of the ice and water dispenser is in need of some bleach.

    The condo was in a prime location. Walking distance to restaurants, market, shopping, bars, and nightlife. The view from the balcony was our favorite, especially if you like to look for critters in the ocean. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
