Construction Notice: Dates Affected: March 24 through April 6, 2026: A construction project is taking place on the south (beach side) balconies between March 24 and April 6. During these dates you will see contractors, working from swing stages, making repairs to the concrete balcony edges. Work is expected to take place daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The balconies will be open for your use during the work, but youmay wish to keep your doors locked and drapes closed for privacy. The pool will be closed during these dates to keep guests safe from the work taking place above. We understand this may impact your vacation experience, so we have proactively applied a discount to our current rates! The beach is still open and beautiful!!

Parking is to be purchased from the front desk on the 3rd floor upon arrival. There is a 2 parking pass limit. The front desk will also hand out wristbands for your stay.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    Beautiful quiet and scenic location. Easy access for all of our guests. Things i would ask for improvement, living room furniture. This furniture has seen a better day. Worn out and smelly. Bedrooms were great and comfortable. Kitchen could have used a few more essentials like cookware. Hosts very receptive to requesting help. I would stay again, just update living room furniture. Thanks for your help

    The condo was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the layout of the rooms. The only thing we felt needed to be updated was the mattresses in the room with the double beds and a sink stopper for the kitchen sink.

    Had a great time, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of ocean. Was able to see dolphins from balcony. Zero complaints. Chairs/umbrellas available for rent at the beach. 40 a daytip. Can’t wait to come again.

    Our stay on this property and in 1009 was great! The room was as expected with plenty of room for 4 adults, one child age 7 & one child age 1 yr & 10 months. Loved the swimming pool and the close proximity to the beach. The parking pass a little expensive for a 3 day stay. Most places we have stayed in the past, parking was included.

    The property was amazing, everything you could want. Perfect location to walk over 15 restaurants. The Hangout is 3 blocks away with live music. The beach and pool area was great!

    Positives: we love the San Carlos community, location is wonderful, beautiful beach and pool area, excellent parking access, great location in gulf shores, the unit was clean and well appointed, overall beautiful. Negatives: unit beds listing is not accurate - the 3rd room was listed as queen beds, but are double beds. Looking back at the listing - it listed in multiple places both double and queens. It’s not clear. But it IS doubles and we needed queen beds. For a unit that’s supposed to sleep multiple people - it needs more towels left than what’s left. It needs Enough for as many people as advertised for one day. Do not expect ANY early checkin from this property manager. We arrived only 30 minutes early with two toddlers and asked if we were able to check in a little early. We were told the unit had maintenance going on - we waited in the parking lot and never saw anyone leaving the unit - so no idea how they got in or out doing maintenance. We were told we could go to the beach or pool. That’s kind of hard to do not in swimwear with toddlers and a car loaded down for a 8 day stay. I know check in is at 4pm and can understand if we were asking for a lot of time but 30 mins did not seem like a big ask when housekeeping is done and it was obvious no one was in the unit. It would have been nice to have access a little earlier if the unit was ready. We were given the access code a few minutes before 4pm.

    We had a great stay! The unit was big enough for 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed the big pool and quick access to the beach. The unit is clean and the balcony is lovely. We also enjoyed the quick elevators! We would stayed here again!

    We just spent 3 nights at this condo over the 4th of July weekend and our experience was nothing short of excellent. The condo was impeccably clean and conveniently located right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning ocean views and easy access to beach and up close views of Gulf Shores Fireworks. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to tourist shops, the HangOut, and resteraunts. The surrounding area offered plenty of entertainment options, making it perfect for our group of seven adults. The condo's security team was top-notch, providing a sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff at GATEWAY Alabama. They were incredibly responsive and promptly answered all our questions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for all seven of us. We never felt cramped, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beachside getaway with excellent service and convenient access to local attractions.

    My family had a wonderful time and loved the balcony. We even had a surprise visit from the Blue Angels one evening. The property managers were a simple text away and always answered quickly. The only issue was the master bedroom's mattress, although comfortable, was sagging on one side so you had to move in. Could use a new one. The ceiling vents could also use a dusting. It was a beautiful property and I would refer it to friends.
