This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, fully furnished for your convenience. It includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. You'll also find comfortable bedding, an electronic door locking system for easy access without keys, and in-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. The interior boasts smooth ceilings and numerous amenities. The master bedroom features sliding doors leading to a private balcony, offering a gulf view. The second bedroom is comparably sized to the master. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are situated on the second level.

For added comfort, all bedding includes 600-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases. Guests can also enjoy the use of luxurious, thick towels and hand towels, reminiscent of a high-end hotel experience.

Guest access
The complex is conveniently located just across the street from the beach, offering private, deeded beach access. A brief stroll of less than 100 yards takes you directly to the sandy shores.

Underneath the condo is a parking space sufficient for 2 vehicles. Given the close proximity to local attractions, you might find little need to drive.

Please note there is a parking fee of $40.00 per vehicle, which covers the entire duration of your stay up to 30 days.

Additionally, the beach offers the opportunity to rent loungers with umbrellas, enjoy banana boat rides, and experience parasailing directly from the shoreline.

For those interested in local events, the condo is just a two-block walk from The Hangout Music Festival and The Shrimp Festival. This convenient location allows you to bypass the need for a bus pass, avoid traffic and crowds, and enjoy a leisurely walk back to your own pool and condo.

    We enjoyed our stay. Our kids seeing the ocean for the first time was amazing. Also celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday while there. It was memories we will never forget. We will definitely be back soon.

    The apartment itself was clean and what we expected. However, the Welcome Package information didn't have the unit number. I had to call twice to each number listed in the Welcome Package and sent 2 or 3 text messages!! After about half an hour, I received the call with the unit number. However, the number for the door lock didn't work so we received another number for the lock. On July 15th at 2:43 pm, I sent a text asking how to access Netflix but didn't get an answer until 7:51 p.m. (five hours later). The answer was a 'yes'. I had to send another text to get the information on how to access Netflix. Which we didn't use it at all because it was only available upstairs in the small bedroom. The 3 stars are due to the delays to answer 2 questions and the outside of the building needs painting, it looks a bit rundown.

    The first visual of the condominium complex wasn’t as pleasing as the condo itself. The complex looks tired as the numerous wood railings and spindles are old and grey. However, while we were there, all the upper balconies on our building were replaced, and looked really nice. Hopefully, the rest of the wood will be replaced in a timely fashion too so the 3 buildings will look fresh again. BUT! It sure was nice to have 936 sq.ft. of living space with its own laundry room, 2-1/2 baths, 2 balconies with chairs, and even Netflix! The condo is 2 floors, fresh paint on the walls, and has a nice beach feel. Views of the ocean from both floors too, with great breezes off the Gulf. 1. Best kitchen we’ve had in a rental unit. Equipped/stocked well with EVERYTHING we could need. Didn’t have to bring a thing. Terrific new stainless steel appliances; even a dishwasher! It’s airy, bright, open, with great Corian counter space, and clean cupboards. Big kudos from those of us who cook! 2. The master and guest bedrooms are roomy. Loved both rooms! Terrific king mattresses, linens, and towels. Large closets with storage shelves too! We, and our guests, have enjoyed great sleeps here; a huge bonus as a great bed is important, especially when renters stay for extended periods. Loved the wicker furniture, cloth chairs and TVs in bedrooms. 3. The living/dining room are also a nice size, and comfortable. The couch pulls out into a bed. Typically pull-out couches aren’t that comfortable to sit on, but this one is. 4. Both bathrooms are in good shape. The main bathroom has a small table and over-the-toilet cabinet for renter’s toiletries, etc. 5. While small – it’s not a hotel pool after all – the pool was kept clean with comfortable lounging chairs around it. 6. Parking is underneath your unit, and can easily accommodate 2 cars. Fantastic when guests visit. The location of the condo is fantastic. EVERYTHING is close by: restaurants, shops, family entertainment, many easily accessed by walking. There are biking trails nearby also. And the best thing … the condo is directly across the street from the GLORIOUS beach with miles and miles of fine, white sand.

    We were looking for a small condo at a reasonable price within a short walking distance of the beach and shopping. This condo was PERFECT for what we wanted. We stayed with 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 tweens. Everyone was comfortable and we all slept great. The owners are very responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

    Property was clean and functional. Had everything we needed. Short walking distance from beach. Owner very hands on and reachable to alleviate any inconveniences that may arise to spoil your vacation. We recommend this property and plan on returning.
