Great location and views of the gulf. Everything we needed

This was our second year at this property. Everything is very clean and very comfortable. We had no issues.

This bedeas great for my issues.Beauitful view and easy access to the beach. Love being able to see the bay thru the kitchen window. Only suggestion I have is the small gap on the entrance door half way down should be sealed. Otherwise definitely would stay again.

Very clean and wonderful location. Check-in was easy and the property manager was great because this was a last minute rental to help our son recover from surgery and lift his spirits. She made everything happen quickly. For us being on Okaloosa Island is less crowded than Destin and more relaxing. Thank you.

Gorgeous views, good location, nice amenities. There was a dirty dish in the closet and the floors needed a good scrubbing between guests. We have an infant that crawls so it’s easy to see how clean everything is by the debris he collects on his clothes/knees.

Love this vacation spot!

The condo was exactly as marketed so perfect for the 4 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit, balcony and incentives that went with the unit. There were 2 issues with the A/C but it was quickly fixed by George the nice maintenance and Shane. We will definitely stay at this unit again in the future hopefully in Oct. 2025. Thank you Beverly for all your help

The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked but could have used more forks and pot holders. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and even extended it by 1 night.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The water pressure was good. The balcony closet was packed with Beach items to borrow. There were sand toys, kites, Beach chairs, a wagon and even a canopy set up! Of course the included Beach service is a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay very much! This is one of my favorite units! Thanks Sugar Sands! El Matador is a great complex that is well maintained.

We enjoyed everything about our time there! Plenty of room for our family of 5

Condo was clean and well stocked & updated. Communication with renter was seamless and always responsive. We only had to contact prior to our stay regarding early check-in, which we were granted. We’ve stayed in these condos for 20 years, but never in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
