'The Island' is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park and Fort DeSoto's North Beach, voted one of America's top beaches. Tons of shops, restaurants and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille beach and the bustling St Pete Beach or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It’s also just a quick drive to I-275 to the experience all that Downtown St Petersburg has to offer.
St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large scale resorts to the classic Florida mom and pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east.
The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. This condo was a nice easy access and convenient to places where we wanted to visit. It is across a tollway though. Clean, no issues, and we enjoyed our stay.
We really liked the location. It was easy to get around to beaches, shopping & restaurants. The condo was clean & very nicely decorated. The grounds and pool were very well kept. We would definitely like to rent here again.
This was a great location, close to the beaches, restaurants, family fun, etc. The property managers were great and communicated extremely well. We highly suggest this place for your next visit to Florida!
Really enjoyed our month of February at Vista Verde East - 7-225. Really no issues with the accommodations. Would consider using this unit again.
Updated modern condo. Great location
The grounds and pool area were clean and well kept. Security on the property was visible. The condo itself needs some upgrades. The bed were very uncomfortable. Kitchen not very well equipped. We had problems with many things. Property management were accommodating though and helpful.
Clean & updated. Very comfortable !
I want to personally thank the staff and the owners for allowing a local charity to create opportunity for an amazing cause. I was the recipient of the winning bid and so happy to have won! Excellent communication skills for a business and look forward to booking with them again.
Property was very nice but the rental process through VRBO was deceptive as the listing is being handled by a local realty company causing a VRBO charge as well as a charge by the rental company. Not a rental direct from the owner.
It was a fabulous place to stay. Very clean and everything we needed. Great secure location. Nice heated pool
We stayed in this unit for 7 nights and it was just what we needed. The unit was well maintained and well furnished. We had 4 adults in the unit (2 couples) and the floor plan of the unit was perfect - everybody had enough room and space to be comfortable the whole week.
