Tons of shops, restaurants and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille beach and the bustling St Pete Beach or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It's also just a quick drive to I-275 to the experience all that Downtown St Petersburg has to offer.
St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large scale resorts to the classic Florida 'mom and pop' vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. The unit overall was nice and the view was phenomenal. The living room sofa need to be deep cleaned or replaced and sprayed for internal festation.
Great location.
We loved the location of the condo. Overlooking the water, Priceless! The Condo itself was nice and very clean. Plenty of fresh towels.. We found the working of the TV and remotes a little confusing. That may need to be set up properly Great TV though! . I am more than happy with Sandy Beach Vacations. This is our 1st time using your services. I have to say we will continue to use your services again when we need to rent a place. I am also telling some friends about you. Thank you Angie and your office for all your help. The description of the property was very accurate. We absolutely loved it, the view was amazing! All the amenities of home, made it so easy to stay home and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner! I would give it a 5 star plus! Very clean. Location was great s as well! AMAZING!
The condo was very nice and well kept. The view off the balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed spending time outside right along the water. One other huge selling point is the pool, located just steps from the front door. Really nice with an opening in the outer fence allows you to sit facing the water unobstructed. Would stay again.
The condo is newly decorated and beautiful. The view is amazing, boats, kayaks, birds, all day. Sunset is spectacular. Thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Moving in does require navigating a half flight of stairs with your luggage. The management team is outstanding and responded immediately to a non-urgent request. Then Angie came over and made sure everything was OK. Very professional and organized. I couldn't be happier.
Nice location and great people at Sandy Beach!
