Stayed Jul 26, 2025Nicely updated place overall and great location, but needs some maintenance. Perfect location, pool and beach are not crowded. Plenty of towels available and a variety of extra blankets. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, silverware and appliances. Second year staying in the condo and the floor boards have significantly separated throughout from the humidity since last year. The hallway bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. The dryer was very loud, therefore we had to try to do laundry when we weren’t in the condo. Faucets in the kitchen and master bath leak, which were an issue when we stayed in the unit last year too.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025First time staying and it won’t be our last. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. The building grounds was very well kept and quiet. Parking was super easy, came and went with no issues getting parking spots, literally steps from the door. There is no elevator BUT with parking so close to the stairs, it was no issue for us. It’s so close to the beach, pool was super clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back next year!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Lots of very nice accommodations included with this unit. The location and view from balcony were absolutely perfect. Just a short drive to all major attractions and great restaurants. As a couple of 2 in our mid-sixties, we highly recommend renting this unit.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This property is just right for a family of four with two teens. The condo was cute with beachy decor. I enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The internet was a little slow, but that was not a huge issue. We appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. Super convenient location to Barefoot Landing and Calabash. We really enjoyed our vacation week here. I would recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.
