Full of light and comfortable furnishings, every inch of your stay exudes an ambiance of warmth. When you aren't warming your toes in front of the gas fireplace, utilize the stainless steel appliances and stove/convection oven in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes.

The condo's bedrooms are both en suite and come adorned with soft quilts, personal TVs, and charming wilderness-themed mementos. A private washer/dryer and steam shower tie together the interior conveniences.

On-site amenities include two hot tubs, a changing room, and a community barbecuing area. From your stay, indulge in ski-in/out access via the 4 o'clock run of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Additionally, it is a 0.6-mile walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and a 0.4-mile walk to the Snowflake Lift. Breckenridge Golf Club, Quandary Peak Trailhead, Dillon Amphitheater, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are all within a 20-mile radius.

Hot Tub Notice: The shared hot tub is currently out of order due to ventilation issues. Repairs are underway, but no completion date is available. We appreciate your understanding.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).     13day stay. No change of linens or towels. No dishwaher liquid or dish detergent. No laundry detergent. No replacement of soap or shampoo. No visit by cleaning staff. No batteries for tv remotes. No parking pass. No routine condiments like sugar or pepper. Far below my expectations.

    Excellent place however missing coffee maker cup and parking permit has never been delivered despite multiple attempts, otherwise one of the best places to stay in Breckenridge I would rather use great western lodging or Vrbo or owners rather than vacasa

    It was nice at the end of the day to have a trail that ended up steps from your front door.

    The condo is perfectly located at the end of the lower 4 o'clock ski run and adjacent to the main street downtown district. The condo comes with covered parking, access to two hot tubs and could uncomfortably sleep up to seven if needed. The fireplace, which heats the living room, dining room and kitchen area, is nonfunctional. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the gas fireplace, it was unfortunately a very complicated outdated central heating system which no longer works.
