With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a sleeper sofa in the living area, a balcony with a bistro set, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The condo is located on the Milwaukee Trail, a link in Missoula’s bike trail system connecting the Westside of town to the East. Also near Mountain Line Bus routes, where everyone rides for free!

Trail Street is a dead end, so once you've turned on it you'll be heading west. Towards the end of the street you'll see the condominium complex with several rustic looking condos and townhomes on both sides of the street.

Your unit is in the first building on the right, 1916 Trail Street. Pull into the parking lot just before the building. The parking spaces are the first spaces right in front of the building. Park in the spot farthest to the right. Then you are going to want to walk to the right of the building where the stairs are, go up the stairs and your unit is the one on the right .

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.

Pets: This is a pet friendly property, however, there is a 2 dog limit.

    I liked how cozy this property felt and the personal touch of the card and the local beers was a very nice touch. The location was convenient to everything in Missoula and check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I would definetely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

    Very clean, window covering in bedroom a bit of a problem. Light blocking qould be nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Seating in livingroom not so comfortable.

    We had a nice stay in Missoula at this great 1 bedroom condo. We were in town for a quick overnight visit with our son. Picked this property so we could bring our dog along to visit! Would definately stay here again.

    This little apartment is so nice! It's in a great neighborhood right by the Milwaukee Trail. Check in was a breeze, Greg was so easy to work with, the deck is fantastic, and the apartment was a perfect size and super clean. I will definitely be back!
