Mountain and Ski Slope Views from this Penthouse Rustic Mountain Retreat (2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms) are Fabulous here at Black Bear Lodge--across the street from Silver Lake Village in Upper Deer Valley! Winter & Summer is 'bustling' on the mountains. The lifts (5 minute walk) take you to some of the most incredible ski and bike runs! Whether it is hiking, fishing, the Olympic Training Center, there is something for everyone. Summer time is a great opportunity to shop the 'Old Town' Art Galleries and the restaurants. Whether it is skiing, mountain biking, strolling the glamorous Silver Lake Village grounds, enjoying the private hot tub on the deck, or just relaxing with a good book … this is the place to be!

After a Scenic 45 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport, drive into your underground, heated parking lot; unload the car(s), and step into one of three convenient garage elevators. These will 'whisk' you away up to the 'Open-air' Top floor, rustic-wood walkway. Our Fully-stocked Kitchen and breakfast bar, Rustic appointments, Interior log accents, a Sleeper-Sofa, and a Natural-stone gas fireplace await you! We also have a Private Balcony & Hot tub; and Two Bedrooms-- both with amazing Ski Slope Views. The Ensuite Bedroom features a King-size Bed, as well as a 'Single' Sleeper Sofa, while the other bedroom features a 'classic' Bunk Bed (full-size lower and upper). Additionally, both Bathrooms feature 'Whirlpool bath tubs'. And a Sleeper Sofa in living room

Equipped with wireless internet access, three TVs, full kitchen, elevator access, underground parking. And Central AC for the occasional hot summer day.

    Property was just as described. Very comfortable! On the negative, a better mattress and pillows would be an improvement. Also, instructions on how to operate the TVs should be included in the information packet.

    It was overall a good property. We came over the summer so needs are less than when skiing. This property did not have much storage for clothes with no dresser, or closet in one room, while the main room had a dresser and a half. So if we were coming to ski, and maxed out capacity, you would feel crammed. The other disappointing thing about this rental was lack of any cleaning supplies. We ended up needing to buy general purpose cleaner, paper towels, etc to keep the space clean. This is the first rental we’ve had to do this.

    This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we love it. The location is perfect (walkable to Silver Lake area), we love the gas fireplace, having a stocked kitchen and hot tub on the balcony! We would absolutely rent again!

    Our stay was incredibly comfortable. Our hosts provided a welcome packet with all the information we needed to make our stay stress free. Craig was easy to get in touch with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The condo was clean, modern, and fully stocked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that is super convenient to skiing, public transport and restaurants.
