The condo worked great for 2 people, and was very cozy. It was nice not having to worry about parking. We took advantage of the ski valet which also helped as this condo is the furthest one away, but had nice views since it was an end unit. The only problem we had was the heat did not work so we had to leave the fireplace on or else the temperature dropped in the 50’s. Therefore we were either too hot for too cold at night.
Very convenient to the lifts at the mountain. No need to worry about crowds and parking. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Will definitely come back in the future.
Beautiful property with amazing views from the back deck. May be a bit cramped for more than 2 people and washer dryer is just a community pay machine which was a bit misleading, but overall a cozy little place at an amazing location
Enjoyed this spot was tucked away and felt very cozy. Was perfect for what we wanted as a group of a few guys.
It's nice location...clean would stay again. We have kids and the tv didnt work 60% of the time other then that it was good

The unit was nicely finished since it had just been renovated. Convenient location. The orientation for the unit and the resort which was promised by Stay Montana was cancelled by Stay Montana when we arrived in Bozeman. The first night we had no bedding for the sofa bed, and the property manager Stay Montana would not respond to the 24 hour hotline to bring us bedding. We finally received an acknowledgment of our issue the next day when they brought the linens for the bed. We slept without them for the first night. While the unit will technically sleep 4, it is not practical since there is no room for luggage if the sofa bed is pulled out. Nice amount of room for 2 when not using the sofa bed. Additionally, there was no cable/satellite TV as advertised. There was a Roku TV with no active subscription. The owner apparently had a trial subscription which was available for only a portion of our stay. Compounding the TV subscription problem was the fact that the wireless internet was not adequate for internet access generally, and was absolutely inadequate for supporting an internet TV subscription (assuming it had been properly in place!) The TV buffered more than it showed content. The Stay Montana employees acknowledged our issues but quit trying to fix the problems (and quit responding to us) after a couple days since they apparently considered them unfixable. We have screen shots of our texts, etc. to prove our problems. The Stay Montana property manager informed us that we were the first paying guests in this unit since its total renovation. It was obvious that the employees did not know the property and its amenities well enough to fix our problems, not did not seem to care. We asked to speak to the owners of Stay Montana on the second day of our stay (January 2nd) and finally heard from one of the owners on January 10 who offered a minimal refund since he classified our issues as minor. We are filing a complaint with VRBO. The lack of acceptable internet and TV was not minor as one member of our party injured her knee and was stuck in the unit for the last 2 days of our stay without the advertised amenities. We also needed internet for work purposes while in Big Sky. In summary, the unit would be a great unit for 2 people if the internet and TV issues are fixed by converting to wired internet and conventional TV service. We will never use Stay Montana again, nor could we ever recommend them.
