Royal Vista II, Pool & Hot-Tub, Ski-I/O, 3 BR, 2 Bath, Sleeps 8

The condo was roomy just the 3rd room was a loft not a bedroom but we made do. I would recommend a little updating the furniture and especially the linen and bed covers I would still recommend this place to anyone The owner was super nice and communicative

The property was clean and very cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but when I called the owner they were very quick to respond and have the issue fixed right away. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

Towel bar fell off in master bath, husband reattached, interior door broken and masking tape used with sign not to open, and worst of all, shower door fell in off tacks on 14 yr. old granddaughter while she trying to get out. Could have been bad. We were 14 minutes late checking out (forgetting about time change) host very rude.

Gracious and responsive host. The condo had everything we needed. Overall, the building and amenities were a little outdated, but a perfect spot for ski access to Brian Head.

We have stayed here before and this time it was so much better! We were met by a resident named Isaak who guided us to our room and answered all of our questions. The place seemed cleaner and better taken care of than our last stay.

This was fine for the price. Owner was great in every way. Great communication. I really wish whoever is in charge of the building would take care of it better. It is seeing its age and it doesn’t seem to have anyone who cares. But the host is A

We always have a great stay at Royal Vista II. The location is great to both Navajo and Giant Steps. We love the access to the pool, spa, and fitness room. We also enjoy having a kitchen a bedrooms of our own.

Well location is good. Ski in out debatable as others have said.I wish this let me post photo's As I have some great ones to prove my claims.Firstly when we arrive door code was wrong. Host did figure this out quickly.As others have mentioned if you read copper chase reviews on google. The building is in some serious need of maintenance and updating. Which really isn't the hosts fault more the HOA.When we got to the apartment all seemed well. Other than looking dated. We did notice the advertised connecting door from the kitchen to the guest bath was broken and presumed it was recent. (it's not) It lists it as a feature of an access door in the listing but also shows the door taped shut in the listing. One of the master bedroom bathrooms opens to the kitchen so it can be used by guests The host is aware of the broken door. Which means people who sleep on pull out couch or visiting have to walk through one of the bedrooms during the night to use the rest room waking the other guests. Which we did twice during the night and again in the am.Secondly the host lists the hot tub. The hot tub has been having issues for a few years and currently broken since before I booked. Again host did not inform us Sofa bed was dirty and caked on something no sheets.black mold in bathroom. Ended stay a day early. Tried to reason with host for 50% refund with vrbo. Host didn't see issue. Said I shouldn't get anything

Overall, our stay was fun. The communication from the host was excellent and easy to understand. This condo complex has some good amenities but I would say they are a bit rundown. There was quite a a bit of repairs and upkeep needed in general. It wasn't quite as nice as the pictures made it seem.The biggest drawback was that the condo was advertised as ski in/out but it's not. You have to drive yourself or shuttle to the mountain. We've vacationed a true ski in/out at Brian head before and this was not it. We have younger kids (10y.o.) with us and we're hoping to be within skiing distance considering lunch time and snow gear to make it a easier day on the mountain.

Very clean, shower was a little dirty but everywhere else was nice. Property and amenities were as described amd location was beautiful

Loved our stay here! Loved that there were 3 big beds and space for a family. We enjoyed the nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Check in and communication was awesome.
