The unit is located in the northernmost building's with a view of the port and rocket launches. You can clearly watch voyages of the cruise ships. Walking the hallway the other direction takes you directly to the beautiful, heated swimming pool.

The resort is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. A private gated boardwalk takes you over the dunes to awhite sandy beach where you can bask in the sun on the wide beach, wade in the ocean or take a casual stroll down the beach to the port or the Cocoa Beach pier.

The condo has that beachy, classy feeling with all the amenities for you to have a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is your food, drinks and clothes. Beach towels, chairs and toys are provided for your enjoyment at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to for cooking and entertaining. The bathrooms have everything for bathing including hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash cloths. Downtown Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes away and is a great place to roam the local shops and restaurants. The restaurants and bars in both the Port and Cape Canaveral often have musical entertainment on the weekends. Many of the establishments have dancing. Kennedy Space Center is a little less than an hour away. The Orlando airport and theme parks are a little more than an hour away.
