NOTICE 12/17/25-12/19/25 Replacement of the Royal Kahana Hot Water system begins Monday, December 15. Expected completion is Friday, December 19. there will be a loss of hot water beginning at 9 am on Wednesday, December 17. Hot water is unavailable for 24 to 48 hours.

CONSTRUCTION NOTE: At this time, the hallways around the resort are undergoing spalling repair work. This process involves the repair of concrete surfaces that have been damaged due to moisture or age. While the lanais remain unaffected, the ongoing work creates a lot of noise within the unit, which may cause some inconvenience to the occupants.

    This is our second time staying at this condo and we were not disappointed. The location and the environment were outstanding and guests will enjoy the facilities at this property, as well as the unit, itself. The bathroom needs a touch-up, but other than that the accommodations were top notch. We will be back and we will book this condo based upon the location and the space. You will not be disappointed!

    As the title states, this place is good for the price (About $125 a night before all the extra fees and taxes). Best thing about it is the location and view. Property was nice, nothing too fancy, pool was ok, was actually a little too warm. Condo itself was a little dated. Sliding door doesn’t seal all the way so there is a constant howling sound when it is windy. Only one window in the bathroom opened and only one in the living space opened. The AC barely works, cools it down a little but never to the temperature you set it to. The bedroom is nice and the king size bed is pretty comfortable. Overall the stay there was good enough.

    The room could use some updating, the sink in the bathroom is way too high, making it extremely difficult to use while washing your face. I feel the property managers were cheap with the toiletries. The amount given was not enough for two people spending nine nights.
