Royal Garden Couple's Getaway City-MT Views Condo w/Kitchen & Near the Beach

Property was good, apart from the air conditioner which didn’t really cool down the room, it consistently leaked and was full of black mould.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole building is clean and well kept. The pool was so lovely warm.

The room exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Waikiki very pleasant. This is the perfect stay for solo or couple trips. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and full of amenities. Would stay there again

Unit was very well equipped! Loved the beach items--chair, floaters, board, towels, etc. Kitchen is also well equipped.

I booked a hotel at Expedia, but was given a BNB. your place was nice. But i wasnt looking for a BNB. I didnt notice until i arrived at the property.

It was a great experience. The parking was a little tricky. Room was clean, convenient. The location was quiet and closed to shops and transportation.

It was great place to stay and people were very friendly.They were available all the time for us and the most important they were responsible and did what they were told us. Definitely I will come back. Aloha!

We liked that the property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood not in the middle of downtown Waikiki yet close enough to get there via a short walk or Uber ride. Perfect place for us to stay. Only negative I would put forth has nothing to do with the property it would be directed at one particular security guard who behaved as if he was inconvenienced by us when we had been directed to check in thru him.

Clean, all amenties where there, only worldmark pool in Waikiki so that was a plus. Good stay....recommend to anyone that is shopping this

Room and facilities were clean and easy to access. The staff of the building were polite and helpful. Overall this was better than any resort I’ve stayed at in Waikiki. No hidden fees and everything up front. Love it

Small, kitchen nice, show have some plastic glasses

This condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for a convenient stay. Just a 5 minute walk to all of the Waikiki shops and restaurants, and a little ABC store just down the block, the room itself was quiet and had a great view of the city and mountains. We were able to pick up a few grocery items and enjoy our morning coffee in the room as we planned our days. The laundry room onsite was a great addition and if I had realized how easy it would be to run a load of clothes, I could have packed about a third of what I brought! The owners included almost anything you could think of and it was a low stress visit because of this home away from home. Highly recommend-

The room accommodations were excellent. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and Waikiki. Boulevard nearby with continuous traffic heard when sitting on outside balcony.preferred a lanai

Short stay on Oahu, wanted to check out the Waikiki area as well as explore the rest of the island

I would have given it 5 stars except that coffee is a basic item for any hotel stay! However, everything else was excellent. Their kitchen is so well equipped! And the unit has beach chairs, a body board, and a cooler bag! Also laundry area on the 4th floor proved very handy!

The only things we missed was a flower vase, my wife bought local flowers and had nothing to put them in. The other thing is somewhere to hand wet towels and swim wear. Overall a superb experience.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about was the smell from refrigerator everything else was wonderful
