Stayed Jan 31, 2024The house and location were great - neighbor nice and quiet. Before booking the house, we reached out to the property manager to ask about the community pool and hot tub being open during the dates we were planning to book. A message was sent back saying the pool was not heated (which we were ok with) and that it would be open during the dates we were looking at booking. Upon arrival, we got the kids ready to go to the pool and when at the pool, it was EMPTY as was the hot tub. We waited until property management company opened to call. We were given the run around about how they only manage the property and the HOA managed the pool and facilities. The frustration lied in that the employee was extremely rude on the phone and the property management advertisement used the pool and hot tub as an incentive to stay

Stayed Jul 2, 2021We really enjoyed our stay! It was great to have the pool walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. My only note is the bed in the master was very uncomfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Stayed May 27, 2021The only thing that prevented it being a 5 star rating was the mattresses. We weren’t expecting top of the line but we had to go buy a mattress topper just to get some sleep and even with that we didn’t sleep good and woke up very sore every morning.
