Roomy and Accessible Downtown Balcony Condo

Nice clean condo with minimal decor. The beds were super comfortable. However, the sofa and chairs were hard and uncomfortable. There were no extras in the kitchen such as spices, tea bags, etc. We had an issue getting in the garage because we did not have the correct code. Luckily, someone else was going in and he shared his code and we were able to park. There was never anyone in the lobby to answer any questions. We had no issue with the bus station across the street or with any homeless people. It was within walking distance of downtown if you had the ability to walk for several blocks. Also, the balcony was nice, with comfortable seating and nice sunsets.

The location and cleanliness were great. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it much because we ate it all the great restaurants around. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is how thin the walls are.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable and amenities were great. We loved it.

Walked to most areas. Felt safe in our location. Really enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed our long weekend, from the food and entertainment, to the proximity to the Visitor's Center, where we caught the trolley ride without any advance reservation. The Botanical Garden was close by, a museum right up the street, and the River Arts district was a short drive. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I'm sad to see the River Arts district struggling to get the devastation cleaned up and rebuilt, but they are working hard at it. Visit them and help them out with your business!

Condo was very nice and comfortable! It was also exceptionally clean and communication with property manager very easy using the VRBO app. Location was good, close to downtown and Biltmore. Sadly our visit was cut short due to approaching hurricane Helene but hope to visit again soon.

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at this modern, centrally located condo in downtown Asheville. The management company was most responsive to our needs. Condo is well equipped and cozy.

Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Easy for guys to go ride their bikes. Close to the Biltmore.
