• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    This home is very beautifully decorated and served us well while we stayed for 12 days for a work trip. We felt the pricing was reasonable for our lengthy stay, and the home was fully furnished. The only complaint is that I personally feel there should’ve been more (dishwashing , bathroom (not personal hygiene) soaps, and hand towels) due to our longer stay. However, we just purchased from a close Walmart and had no issues. The appliances worked well, and we will definitely stay again when we travel back for work. Thank you, King Rentals!

    Decent location, not really near anything but a short 10 min uber to downtown. Felt safe in the area. The condo unit itself is furnished nicely. Comfy beds and couches. They provide the very basic amenities (super cheap 1 ply toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen garbage sacks, etc) but it was enough for us to get by for a 3 night stay. Place was clean, and quiet. I would stay again.

    We loved this place, We booked it for our Honeymoon and it was perfect! We enjoyed the private and peaceful environment it offered. We relaxed and enjoyed all of the amenities. The roof top patio was perfect. We are already wanting to come back for our 1 year anniversary

    The property was very nice. The inside was clean and they had quite a few pots and pans and spices stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed having the use of the rooftop patio to barbecue and enjoy a little relax after each day's activities in Nashville. There was a dilapidated cooler on the patio with a wasp nest underneath it. I contacted management to see if they could have someone come take care of the wasp nest so that we could enjoy the patio without worry of being stung, but I never got an answer from them. Also, I couldn't find the email with the internet log-on details listed in it, so I asked for that information to be sent again from management. They never responded to that text either. Before we got to Nashville, the communication was spot on. After we were in the house, not so much. Management did ask us to strip the linens from any beds that were slept in. That's absolutely not a problem to do, but when stripping the linens and finding a big stain in the middle of one of the bunk bed mattresses, we were a little disgusted. There wasn't even a mattress cover on it, just a sheet. I didn't look at the bottom bunk mattress that my daughter had already stripped. I didn't want to know. This was a good place to stay and a good location. We were able to get an Uber without a problem or drive to downtown within 15 minutes. I would recommend staying at this property.

    Check in was easy! The property was clean with lots of amenities. Lots of room and the rooftop was a great space to relax in the evening! Location was also great, just a short Uber ride to get to broadway. Would stay here again!
