Romar Towers 3B | Orange Beach Gulf-Front Condo

We had the best time at the condo! Easy beach access, great balcony and view, so many dolphin sightings! I highly recommend and we would stay again!

Nice rooms great location and beautiful beach

This was our second stay in this condo for Thanksgiving with family. We could tell the unit has been updated, fresh paint and updated bedding and clutter removed. The only problem we had was lack of baking pans and a shelf missing in the refrigerator. This unit was adjacent to other family members.

This was the perfect little condo for my husband and I! We got married while we were on Orange Beach with our family and this was the perfect getaway to spend the week. We will definitely be booking again!

Annual girls trip, loved the place, will stay here again!

First off I didn’t put into consideration that we would be in a different time zone than home so we were due to arrive about an hour early. Once a few hours out I messaged asking if it was at all possible to check in early. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem & to just call when we arrived. I called upon arrival & was told I wouldn’t be able to check in early as they were in the unit fixing a leak. Once we were able to check in I noticed a couple of the dressers missing hardware and one in the living room with broken sharp handles along with some other minor things. I let the rental company know of those things immediately. When unpacking in the guest bathroom I then noticed a big hole in the ceiling. I messaged about that as well assuming they were aware already but wanted to make sure. Later that day I received a call that I was on the list to call before check in to notify me of the bathroom condition but they had not gotten around to calling. Obviously leaks happen unexpectedly but I had spoke to two other people earlier in the day & neither had mentioned the state of the bathroom. I was then told if they had to enter the unit for additional repairs during my stay that I would be notified but the next day a gentleman showed up unexpectedly. He was very nice & kindly removed the broken drawer handles so my kiddos wouldn’t get cut on them. Overall the condo was nice, just wish the communication was better. & I’d recommend a step stool for kids in the guest bathroom.

We chose this particular condo because it was near a beach house rented by family for a family reunion. However the phenox with the lazy river was next door. If we had known ahead of time we probably would have chosen differently. The entrance was hidden and a little difficult to find for everyone. The exterior door does not self lock. We discovered this after several days. There was a water leak in another condo and we came in to find maintenance men in our condo without being notified. I was not happy about that. We were not allowed to use the guest shower our last night.The curtains are black out which are great but they are old and dirty and need to be replaced. The condo does have a wonderful view of the gulf and pool which was great! Our unit was sufficiently supplied with things we needed for the week. Over all a nice trip. We were very glad there were no elevator issue because there is only 1 elevator for the complex.

Loved this condo! It is very clean and neat. Only problem we had was the entrance to the parking lot. It wasn't well marked so we had several failed attempts at finding it. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time! Good location, no waiting for elevator and the room was nice. Only thing missing was a broom.
