Romar Beach 201 | Orange Beach, AL

I liked the balcony view but the chairs are not very comfortable. I thought the house was a little run down. No Blender in the condo. The bathroom door didn't work.

Beach view was perfect! Clear beautiful water. Family friendly area. Soft sandy beach. Pool was clean and warm. Each of us had our own private bathroom and King size bed. 5 stars for sure. We will be back.

The furniture could use some updates . Everything was really clean .

This place is infested with bats. You cannot even sit on the balcony without having them swarm all around you. We had them landing at our feet and landing on the roof of the balcony. During

As soon as we arrived, I had to ask for the door code. It arrived 10 mins late because the cleaners were still there. However, once we entered, our feet were black from how nasty the floor was. The fridge had something all over the side. The bathroom towel holders were covered in rust. The floors were busted up. Someone knocked on the door asking if we had a leak and then we lost water for an hour. The team was easy to reach and helped quickly but I was still very upset to spend this much money on a place that had this many issues.

We weren’t comfortable with the temporary support of the walkway. We also suggest getting a cover for your couch so it’s easy to take off and wash. The view was beautiful.

Overall a great place to stay.

Came to the beach with my best friend to unwind for a few days and loved our location looking out over the ocean. The ease of checking in and out was great and easy. Thank you for a great trip.

Only one elevator at property other than that it was a great time for all of us

View from condo was fantastic & best (short) boardwalk to the beach. We had perfect weather & a fantastic time. The condo was clean, spacious & well equipped. I’m short so would have appreciated some shorter chairs on the balcony because they were bar stool height. Luckily I had a camping chair in my trunk so used it. That was really the only complaint.

Door doesn't slide well, all Teflon pans are scratched up, paint peeling around exterior door, no ironing board

We had a great time in Orange Beach for SB 2025! This is a great place to stay and enjoy the property very much! Communication was excellent!

This was a cozy place to stay for our family of 4. It’s right on the beach and also has a pool. We found it centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It’s right in between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

We love the location of this condo! The location is the best part. Smaller condominium community and great beach access. Also, very close to all the activities and restaurants. The condo itself is good in size for a family of four, but anymore than that, it would be crowded. The unit itself could use some updates. The appliances are old and need to be replaced. Also, they need to supply more than just a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. We had to buy way more for a five day stay. supplying the bare necessities should be a part of the stay.

This rental was great. Very clean upon arrival. Shortest walk to the beach of any beachfront property I have ever stayed. There are no steps on the boardwalk from the pool deck to the sand. Great view from the balcony and conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shops!

The location was perfect and peacful. Right on the beach and beautiful condo. Will book again!!

This was our second time staying in this property. We love the location. The condo is clean and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!

We rented this unit for the Luke Bryan concert. The location was perfect to the Wharf. The unit is nicely updated. Out favorite part was to sit out back and enjoy the view and breeze. Would book again!

First time in Orange Beach Alabama and hope its not the last. Loved this condo, clean, easy access to beach and access with owners. Pool was clean and I have to say the beach was clean!! Quiet and comfy, perfect for up to 4 people. Thanks for sharing the condo with us :)
