Great room but poor Verizon cell service on property.

Stay here every year. Good place!

The stay was very comfortable, the Condo was well-appointed, and the view was outstanding. I had no issues at all, check-in was easy, the space was clean, and everything worked as it should have. I can't say enough about the ease of going down to the beach or pool - it's so close! I would stay again for sure.

Update!! Master closet now has hanging clothes rod!! Previous reviews, including ours, mentioned the need for one, and happy to say the need was addressed. The location of these condos could not be more perfect, to pool, beach, and restaurants, stores, etc. in either direction.

Most of my comments are similar to the past reviews. There is always pros and cons: . Pro: beach front view with amazing view to beach, very clean condo and next to grocery stores. Very peaceful place to stay. I would stay again! Cons: bed mattresses need to be updated, A bit squeaky. No elevator near the 101. For example, bringing up groceries and luggage can be a challenge but is only One flight of stairs. There are no dressers to put up clothes and no hangers for clothes in closets. Upstairs guess were very loud. The coffee maker is a little dated, works well. Overall I would still rate this condo five stars! Great host and great communication! The couches are not the same as the picture. Still comfy tho. Everything else was advertised. I would visit this condo again.

My daughters and I stayed for a week. The unit was clean and accessible to the beach. The kitchen was adequately equipped, except for glassware (drinks). The primary bedroom was spacious, but the other bedroom a bit crowded We’d love to return!!

We had a great experience staying at this condo with our family of 5. They were very responsive to my texts. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Love the location. The condo was clean.

This condo is beautifully done with many pros. First- LOCATION! Location to beach, location of parking, location equal in proximity to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores restaurants, shops and stores. It absolutely could not be better! Condo has been updated well with quality and beauty. Plenty of sleeping areas (though master and single bed are both squeaky even to sit). The current living room furniture is not what is pictured, and is very pretty and comfortable for relaxing inside. That was a nice surprise based on previous reviews. Bathrooms and kitchen are as pictured and very nice. A few cons to be aware of that we appreciated so that we were able to go prepared: 1)No closet rods or shelves of any kind in the master closet or any where to unpack clothes. No hooks for hanging in the bathroom. We took things to make it work, but would be a hindrance for longer stays. 2) The freezer is inaccessible because it runs into the baseboard. Simple fix to pop off baseboard and use something flatter or just paint would help. While there is an ice machine which was nice, there’s no way to have frozen foods, keep ice packs frozen for going to beach, or keeping food cold on return trip. Freezer use is needed for longer stays. For us, the many pros outweighed the few cons. We had an enjoyable trip and do plan to return! Mentioning the small issues are for future renter’s heads up and/or owner’s awareness to help this beautiful condo be truly perfect! Thanks for sharing it!! D & S, TN

Pros and cons to everything in life. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, but few items to prepare for. Cons: No closet rods to hold your clothes, dressers to put your clothes in or tables to set your suitcases on. However, plenty of room in the living room to stack suitcases. Also can hear the upstairs tenants. Brought a noise machine and that helped some. No breeze on the deck because you are low to the ground and blocked by the dunes so bringing a fan helps. Pros : The location of the property was perfect, from where it was situated in Orange Beach, out of the traffic but close to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, to how close it was to the beach. Bike trail runs right past the property. Super close to an ice cream shop. The actual property is kept up really nice. No smoking in whole building which is amazing! Nice pool and bathrooms and so close to the beach. Can rent chairs right out in front of the property. The view is spectacular. The renovation on the property is good. Can lights on dimmers, nice kitchen and counter, good seating, really comfy beds, your own full size ice maker was amazing! Full washer dryer in the unit. Wine fridge. Look forward to going back!

This is probably the best condo in the complex! We wanted a place that wasn’t a high rise and this one only has three levels and this condo is the closest to the beach ramp and pool. The condo has been nicely renovated and my three kids enjoyed being able to stay in the same room together. There is also covered parking.
