Stayed Mar 1, 2025For years I wanted to spend a few weeks in Florida with my wife and our petVRBO allows the search engine to add a pet to your choices and Boca Ciega was one of our choices. The cost for the pooch wasn’t much more than the boarding fee so we went for it.The Pros Great views from the balcony. Great pool too. All the guests staying at the condo were so friendly and loved our dog. The restaurant Doc Fords, was steps away and had great food and drinks. The Condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities you would expect. And the owner/manager contacted us a few times during our stay to see how we were getting on. The staff at the condo were good too. Every morning a crew was on hand to clean the pool area and the elevators and take care of the trash. Parking was good too. The ConsThe condo is perfect for two people. Any more than that it would be crowded. Storage is limited. There is very little room on the counters for pretty much anything including the bathroom vanity. Then there is the noise. The Condo is right on a busy highway and traffic is full time. All the bedrooms face the road. And the AC units are right below the balcony which were on 24/7. And there was a strange pumping system running all the time at night while you were sleeping. My workaround to the noise was to keep the AC on and the fan drowned out the other noises. The TVs were nice but no instructions on how to use the remotes. Bathroom curtain and rod need replacing too.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This was a great spot to unwind. The condo was excellent, location is perfect and the host was extremely helpful. I will definitely be back again.
