Grills and picnic areas on premises, one near the villa, recently installed hammocks near the ocean pool.

The space
Bedroom: Has a memory foam king mattress, with 4 king size pillows. Sound machine provided for light sleepers.

“En Suite” Bathroom: Has a walk-in shower with handheld shower-head, hairdryer, magnified mirror, bath towels, makeup towels and starter supplies.

Kitchen: Well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, blender, Keurig with starter supplies, French Press and crockpot in addition to expected kitchen supplies.

Laundry: Washer/dryer - starter laundry pods and dryer sheets provided.

Additional/Extras:
Alexa for your convenience (located in the living area).
Wi-Fi and basic cable.
Beach towels - located in the closet.
Balcony has a 2 person glider, built in table top with 2 chairs and outdoor ceiling fan.
Iron and ironing board provided - located in bedroom closet.
Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided.

Guest access
Keyless “key pad” entry.
Villa becomes your vacation home when you rent from me.

Other things to note
Spa Complex is a gated community with 24/7 security.
Parking passes are $25 per vehicle - 2 vehicle maximum.
Villa is located on the second floor.
Outdoor pools are seasonal - from April through October.
Indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, gym are open year-round, except during needed maintenance/repairs - we apologize in advance as we do not control this.
Amenity badges are located on hooks behind the front door.

Important Reminders:
- Sea Turtle Season is from May 1st through October 31st.
- Motorcycles, E-Bikes , and Watercraft of any kind (kayaks, row boats, paddle boards, etc.) are not allowed in the Spa at Port Royal complex.
