Gatlinburg Landing is a bottom level condo in the peaceful Cobbly Nob community, just 11 miles east of Gatlinburg along US-321.

We are part of the Fairways Condominiums community - which consists of two buildings with six units each. Some other rentals include Bearily Beckers, Honeycomb Hideout, and Fairways Vista.

Guest Access & Parking

• First-floor unit with one short flight of stairs (no elevator)
• Easy self check-in with electronic lock
• One assigned parking space; two standard vehicles may park tandem
• No oversized or specialized vehicles

Important Notes
• No pets per HOA ($150 assessment if violated)
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the deck ($500 remediation fee)
• No parties, events, or commercial photography
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (HOA fines passed to guests if violated)
• Condo community setting—some sound from neighbors above may be heard
