Romantic 1BR - Siesta Key Beach Sunset View

This property was a great place to stay! It was clean, very nice and close to the beach with more of a private access. We had enjoyed our stay and thought everything was wonderful! We loved that we were with in walking distance to some shops and food places. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Very nice property.No hangers, while I texted them the first night, did not get them until the last day after I spoke with a person who just happened to be on site.While we were on the beach, so far away, could not hear waves.Noise from the street was pretty significant.Last thing to improve would be blackout blinds in the bedroom on all windows.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Amenities were great and the space was clean. Only negative was parking was tight due to it being a triplex.

Condo was great. Perfect for a couple. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially being right at the beach. Appreciated the concierge book.

Honest Review. My husband and I arrived on evening one of a four night stay. First night was terrific! Condo was lovely, extremely clean, plenty of space and amenities. Street noise can get a little loud but it’s expected given the location. I loved the walkability to the main attractions of town and happily sacrificed a little peace and quiet for convenience and proximity. The view off the porch is incredible! The beach is excellent and not at all crowded. Now the second through fourth night is where we hit a little snag, there appeared to be a large group of people who rented the unit right below us (second floor). No problem, right? Well, the bookshelf on the third floor unit connects directly via staircase to the unit below. Still no big deal since we have a lock so we are unable to enter the staircase. I’ve come to find out that the second floor does NOT have a lock and they were able to enter the space. Still, no big deal except there is about 3 feet of empty/unwalled space around the top of the bookshelf. My heart jumped in my throat because it sounded and felt like they were in our room! All they had to do was crawl over the top of the bookshelf and they had direct access to our unit and all of our belongings. It didn’t feel safe. We could also hear EVERYTHING. Kids shouting, dog barking, etc. They played loud music well into the night and the smell of their cooking infiltrated our unit. Smelled good, but still. Other than that, it was a great stay!

There were two issues that I wanted addressed.Master bedroom mattress was off frame, and TV was not operating. I left a message but never received call back.I would not recommend.

The location was great. The rooms were clean. The management company was responsive for a small issue we had (needed tissues)

The view of the beach was amazing. Great location and very nice property. The master bathroom is very nice. We very much enjoyed our time here. The description of the property was very accurate.
