Stayed Oct 19, 2025Everything was as described. It has new appliances and tje kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings comfortable and in good condition. We stayed in late October so we did not use the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite Speakeasy. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024Overall the suite was clean, well maintained, fresh & modern. What wasn’t listed in either the write up or the map location within the listing was the fact there is an active railway line immediately behind (a stone’s throw) the building. Additionally, several of the amenities listed: observation deck, bbq, workout room, and pool were not in the physical building we stayed in (612), they were in building 610. The pool itself was tiny and wasn’t usable during our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loni was an excellent host. The unit is super close to everything and very easy access to the interstate. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was perfect for our family of four. The home was so cute and the small details were everything (hair dryer and body wash, coffee and creamer, water from the fridge, guestbook showing city highlights and must see places) The temperature was even preset when we got in so we weren't freezing when we got in. We had the best time ever and had a comfy place to come rest at

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, everything is a short Uber ride away. Walkable to many midtown bars and restaurants. Very clean apartment, comfy beds. Having laundry is always a plus. Wish the pool area got some sun, but still nice to have on a hot afternoon. Be aware that there are active train tracks right next to the property. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed Jan 11, 2022My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Rocky Top. It appealed to me since i love the modern style and to my husband since he is a musician. It was very convenient for my appointments at Vanderbilt Hospital. The only negative would be the noise. There was construction going on beside our building and trains running behind the building. We r from the country and had to acclimate to these sounds as well as helicopters going/coming from hospital.

Stayed Nov 24, 2021Close to lots of things. We had Thanksgiving dinner for three other people and it was a little crowded and the cookware was rather sparse but other than that it was quite nice.
