Everything was just as described—and even better. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out back by the chiminea, soaking in the crisp October air and watching the aspens turn brilliant shades of gold. The location was ideal: easy walks to downtown and to the trailheads of the Perimeter Trail. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come out to hike the Perimeter Trail.

Had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to get to this one, but that was very clear in the listing. We had a small issue, but the management company took care of it right away. They were very responsive. I would love to go back!

Great place to stay. The house was clean and spacious, LOTS of daylight. The opening sky lights were a nice touch.The only 2 negatives (and they're small) is 1. The back porch was a little messy -would have liked a broom to be able to sweep it.2. It is a little farther away from downtown, a long walk but still walkable

Really enjoyed our stay in Ouray at this property this past week. Nice place with a really nicely stocked kitchen. Easy check-in and checkout procedure and quick responses from the owner when we had a couple questions. Great spot!

The condo was clean & gave us some extras I don’t usually see (dishwasher tabs, a sponge, extra paper towels, syrup, pam, ice cube trays etc.). These extra touches made our stay so much easier especially when traveling with kiddos. Highly recommend!!!!!

Loved the property. Close to things. Dishwasher was completely full and had to be emptied onto a shelf which was hard to reach. It would have been nice to have summer linens as it was rather warm at night. Do not rent if you cannot do stairs. The third floor was difficult with luggage.
