Riverstone - Pigeon Forge Luxury Resort

Beautiful place. Enjoyed everything

Beautifully decorated space with all of the amentities. The massaging and heated leather seating was a bonus. The fireplace would not come on, but that did not bother our stay.

Our host was great! Super nice and helpful. Place is spacious and a great home away from home place to stay!

Wonderful location and very nice property. The only issue we had was some dirty cookware in the cabinet(casserole dish, still in the cabinet), and some nuts in the floor from a previous guest. Thanks for a nice stay.

The resort is a beautiful place although the traffic noise can be a little loud at time.

Great property and very spacious. Lazy River was a lot of fun. Good location-close to everything in pigeon forge. Wi-fi did not work until the afternoon of last day of the trip, but we made due.

We have been to this resort 3 times and love it! It’s clean, easily accessible to everything. Wonderful spa! Love the Lazy River! Staff are friendly and helpful!

This place is great for sports families. Plenty of room inside, close to baseball fields and resort is perfect for kids.

Great place to stay

We loved the place and the location, several lights do not work. The main bedroom bathroom both the light above the tub and in the shower do not work. Took showers in the dark. The main living room fan light is out. They did have several lamps that worked in there. Please provide more towels. However over all it was great. Also communication between Vernon and owner were not the same, Vrbo check in and check out states 4 and 11 communication from owner 3:30 and 10:30

We were excited to be able to stay here again and our grandson for a quick last minute trip. The unit was clean and in good condition for the most part. However, Christmas decorations were still up inside and outside, on the porch and balcony. We tried to contact the host more than once about lights needing to be replaced due to so many being out! We never heard back. Also, the master bath needs a GOOD cleaning to kill the mold and mildew in the tile shower. The floor of the shower is covered in mats and ignored underneath. And the walls of the shower have black mildew/mold on them. It needs a thorough cleaning and probably a visit from the owner just to check things out. Otherwise, we love the resort and are staying there again in July. Hope these issues are taken care of if we get this unit again!!

Our family enjoyed Spring Break in the Smokys at the Riverstone. Bob and Mary were great to communicate with and the property was fantastic. Just a very roomy and comfortable condo - with a highlight being the leather sofas with auto recline, heat and massage (thank you). Riverstone is a great property with its amenities, including the heated Lazy River and Spa - which my wife and daughter enjoyed. We always enjoy our trips to the mountains and look forward to our next visit.

The Place was dated and lighting very dark...it was adequate, but the master shower floor was falling apart and someone attempted to use some sealer across the whole thing...awful....the bedspreads also had stains all over them so we took them off and bought our own.

Really can't complain, exactly what we were looking for in the great Riverstone property. Very responsive hosts, easy to work with, the massage chairs were a particular highlight for all ages!

Riverstone offers both interior and exterior beauty! The condo had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully! My family enjoyed the massage chairs in den. Will definitely stay here again! The property manager was a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice place for vacation

The condo was beautiful & clean. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very close to everything. The bonus was you can see the fireworks every night from the balcony that Dollywood shots of.

We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! Were there for a baseball tournament for our 12 year old son, but we made a vacation of it! The house was wonderful!

The property was very nice and well kept. We didn’t use the majority of amenities because we were gone most of the time.

Our family had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The condo was perfect and we all enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here the next time we are in town
