Stayed Jan 16, 2026The condo was wonderful, everything we needed, easy access, clean. The only note would be the shower heads didn’t work that well and probably need replacing, and it would have been nice to have additional pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Overall, the apartment provided us with good lodging for our ski weekend. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO website. We had a lot of difficulty finding the correct building at 10pm when we arrived. None of the building addresses are lit up at night. We had to stop at a few of the parking lots, get out of our vehicles, and search for street address numbers. This rental is managed by LOON RESERVATION SERVICES, not the actual owner. LOON RESERVATION SERVICES should either make sure all their address signage is lit up on all buildings, or provide specific turns/directions to the correct building upon entering a development/complex.Note about the sleeping conditions-this specific unit contains uncomfortable mattresses. They are either very old or of low quality. The coils in these old fashioned mattresses were not pleasant. All guests in our group made comments after the first night of poor sleep. It may be time for replacements.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Absolutely perfect for our return trip to Lincoln and Mt. Washington. Every picture was accurate. Very spacious and very clean. Received a phone call upon reserving, followed by an email the day of arrival. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, plenty of seating and anything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely rent this unit again. Only problem we had was the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain fast enough. We were standing in ankle deep water as we were showering.
